Hormone Optimization Pricing

Injections are billed bimonthly at the rate of $150/month.  This includes medication, management, routine follow up labs (as discussed in your initial plan of care) and follow up visits.  Medication and needles are shipped to your home for convenience.

This is a monthly fee to manage compounded prescriptions.  It is a rate of $100/month billed bimonthly.  This includes management of prescriptions and follow up appointments.  It does not include the cost of the medication, that is determined by and paid to the pharmacy.

On average every 5-6 months, 5 week routine follow up labs after the first insertion are included.

 On average every 12 weeks, 5 week routine follow up labs after the first insertion are included.
